TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you. Please read these carefully before you submit your order to us.

Formation of Contract

Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order.

Products

The images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. If we are making the product to measurements, you have given us, you are responsible for ensuring that these measurements are correct.

Delivery

We deliver to all postcodes in the UK, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands*, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and BFPO located in Mainland UK.

*Next day delivery is not available to Scottish Highlands and addresses outside Mainland UK. Standard delivery may also take a little longer to these locations.

We do not currently deliver outside of the UK. 

We offer both Royal Mail 48-hour post, and Royal Mail 24-hour post. We may use other couriers during busier periods, but shipping costs will remain the same as stated in our delivery policy.

Your Rights to Cancel if you are a Consumer (personal/non business)

As a consumer then for most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind and receive a refund. However, the right of consumers to change their mind does not apply in respect of:

• products which are ‘bespoke’ i.e. designed and manufactured to your specific requirements such that we could not resell them to anyone other than you;
• digital products after you have started to download or stream these;
• products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them;
• sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, once these products are unsealed after you receive them; and
• any products which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.

As a consumer the time during which you can change your mind depends on what you have ordered and how it is delivered:

• if you have purchased goods, you have 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods, unless your goods are split into several deliveries, in which case you have 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the final part of your order; or
• if you have purchased digital content, you have 14 days after the day we email you to confirm we accept your order, or, if earlier, until you start downloading or streaming. If we delivered the digital content to you immediately, and you agreed to this when ordering, you will not have a right to change your mind.

If you have received your order but you are unhappy with it for some reason and wish to end the contract with us, please contact us. You will need to provide us with the order number, your name, address and, where available, your phone number and email address. Please note each order will be managed on an individual basis. Where possible we will try to accommodate your request, but this is not guaranteed and there is no obligation for us to process a refund unless the item or order is defective or faulty.

You must pay the costs of returning the goods, but we will refund the costs of sending the goods to you, however the maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if we offer delivery of a product within 3-5 days for one price but you have chosen to have the product delivered within 24 hours at a higher price, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.

If you are entitled to a refund under these terms, we will refund you the price you paid for the products via the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.

We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.

If the products are goods, your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.

Rejecting Defective Products if you are a Consumer (personal/non business)

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject goods because they are defective, you must post them back to us or (if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you. We will pay the costs of postage or collection.

Price, Promotions and Payment

All voucher, promotion and discount codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via this website.

Only one code can be used per order and is not valid in conjunction with any other voucher/discount code or offer, unless otherwise stated.

Promotion codes are not valid and will not be applied to any discounted products on the site, including those identified as Special Offers, or automatic promotions such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free.

Codes are only valid on specific products, while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time. Where stock is not available at the time of placing your order, we are unable to offer this item at any later stage under the promotional arrangement advertised.

If a code does not apply a discount, please check the valid dates. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions of each voucher and discount code as they may vary.

The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will pay and will in general not be affected by price increases or decreases. We are unable to offer a discounted price should the price of an item decrease after you make your purchase.

Buy 1 Get 1 Free refers to the least expensive item being free. Buy 2 Get 1 Free refers to buying 3 items and getting the least expensive item free. Buy 1 Get 2nd Half Price refers to the least expensive item being half price.

Codes must be entered on the “Checkout” page before proceeding to the payment and cannot be applied if not entered at the time of placing the order.

Payment will be taken in the currency indicated in the cart as soon as you have completed the payment process. All prices are inclusive of VAT for goods delivered to the UK.

We use Shopify Payments to process our online payments, and we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We do not accept eCheques. 

In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase, i.e. with applied discount. Not the RRP of the item.

In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item(s) at the time the order was placed, i.e. with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return, you should place a new order using the original promotional code.

Loss or Damage if you are a Consumer (personal/non business)

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents, or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987. If defective digital content which we have supplied damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation.

As a consumer we only supply the products to you for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose our liability to you will be limited.

Intellectual Property

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any text you provide to us in order to provide you with products, and that you grant us the right to display, modify, print, transmit, distribute, or delete the text provided in order to provide you with products.

General

Nobody else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us.

Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
