How To Play

Begin by reading the instructions carefully. Everything you need to escape is included in the box, but success will depend on how well you interpret the information in front of you. Make sure each player (or team) has space to work, along with the clipboards and any included materials. Once you’re ready, step through the gates and begin your escape challenge.
Work through the 15 puzzles in order, using only the information provided in the box. You’ll be told exactly when to build the Taskmaster House, so follow the prompts. Pay close attention, read everything carefully, think creatively, use logic to progress and don’t overlook the obvious! The Taskmaster challenges are rarely straightforward.
You can play solo or collaborate as a team, sharing ideas to solve each task. If you get stuck, optional digital hints are available to nudge you in the right direction without giving everything away. Check your answers as you go, keep track of your progress, and continue until you’ve completed all the tasks… and (hopefully) earned The Taskmaster’s respect. .
